Is a driver included?
Yes. This is a private transfer with a driver. We do not offer self-drive rental with it.
How many guests is the Tesla meant for?
We plan the Tesla for one to three guests. Tell us your party size in the request – we will say whether this car suits you.
What luggage fits?
Tell us in the request what you are bringing (suitcases, hand luggage, bulky items). We confirm with the quote whether everything can come along.
Are additional stops possible?
On request, yes. Please tell us stops in advance so we can include them in the quote.
What if I arrive late?
Give your flight or train number. How we handle delays and waiting time is stated in your quote – before you confirm.
When is the booking confirmed?
Only once you have explicitly confirmed our quote with availability and total price. The request itself is non-binding.
